NTF Donation
The National Transformation Fund (NTF) is Grenada’s government donation route — a one-time, non-refundable contribution supporting national development in education, healthcare, agriculture, and infrastructure. It is the fastest and most cost-effective path to Grenadian citizenship, and the only Caribbean CBI programme offering US E-2 treaty access.
Benefits
Only Caribbean CBI with US E-2 Treaty
Grenada is the only Caribbean citizenship by investment country with a bilateral investment treaty with the United States. After 3 years domiciled in Grenada, citizens can apply for the US E-2 investor visa — a renewable visa for living and working in the United States. Citizens can also obtain a 10-year US visitor visa.
Visa-Free Access Including China
Grenadian passport holders enjoy visa-free or visa-on-arrival access to 140+ countries including China (up to 30 days per year), Hong Kong, Singapore, the United Kingdom, all Schengen Area countries, and Russia.
Broadest Family Inclusion
Grenada offers the widest family inclusion of any Caribbean CBI — spouse, children under 30, unmarried siblings aged 18+, and parents and grandparents of both the main applicant and spouse.
Citizenship Transferable to New Spouses
Unlike other Caribbean programmes, Grenadian citizenship can be extended to new spouses after marriage — a unique feature for long-term family planning.
Entirely Remote Process
No visit to Grenada is required at any stage. Passport collection is coordinated remotely and sent to the client.

Process and Procedure
Step 1 – Engage a Licensed Agent
Grenadian law requires all CBI applications to be submitted through a licensed agent. MA Consultants works with licensed international marketing agents and local Grenadian agents to manage your application.
Step 2 – Choose Your Investment Route
Select the NTF donation route and confirm your family composition to determine the total contribution.
Step 3 – Document Preparation
Prepare all required documents: passport copies, birth/marriage certificates, police clearance (from home country and any country of residence in past 10 years for stays over 6 months), bank references, medical certificates, passport photos, proof of address, and source of funds. Documents must be certified and translated where required.
Step 4 – Compliance Review
Documents are submitted to the Bank of Grenada for clearance before the CBI Unit begins its review.
Step 5 – Due Diligence and Interview
The Citizenship by Investment Committee (CBIC) conducts thorough background checks. All applicants and dependants aged 17+ attend a mandatory interview. The process is entirely remote. Processing: 3–6 months.
Step 6 – Pre-Approval
The government issues a written pre-approval decision confirming eligibility to proceed to investment.
Step 7 – Make NTF Contribution
Transfer your NTF contribution only after pre-approval — reducing financial risk.
Step 8 – Oath and Passport
Take the oath of allegiance, receive your Certificate of Naturalisation and Grenadian passport. No visit to Grenada is required — passports are coordinated and sent to you.
